We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping (band, dislocated or other things which customer can easily fix is not consider as damage or defective) . Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. 360 unboxing video required for any claim

We will validate your return/exchange request, only after we authorized it, the product should be returned to us within 7 business days along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer and you will receive a credit note for the same which has no expiry date or exchange the same on prior effect.

We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
